Services
Physical trading is pricing, documentation and movement. We handle all three.
01 — Trading and supply
Trading and supply
We source product from refiners and regional traders, take title, and sell on to buyers. That is the business.
Procurement
We buy against your requirement rather than pushing whatever we happen to hold. If the grade you need is not in our regular flow, we source it.
Pricing
Cargoes are priced against published benchmarks — Platts assessments for the relevant region and product — with a fixed differential agreed before fixture. You see the basis, not just the number.
Terms
CIF, FOB, FCA, EXW and DAP. Payment terms by negotiation; letters of credit through first-class banks are standard for new counterparties.
Documentation
Certificate of origin, quality and quantity, bill of lading, and any additional documentation your import regime requires.
02 — Logistics and storage
Logistics and storage
Physical trading is a logistics business with a price attached. We manage the movement.
Storage
Storage arranged per cargo at terminals across the Caspian and Black Sea, including heated tankage for bitumen.
Vessel chartering
Coaster to product tanker, including dedicated bitumen hot-ship tonnage. Voyage and time charter as the cargo requires.
Ship-to-ship transfer
Where port draft or berth availability requires it.
Inland distribution
Rail and road onward from discharge port, arranged where the buyer wants delivered terms.
Inspection
Independent surveyors appointed at load and discharge. SGS, Intertek, and Bureau Veritas are used routinely; a buyer may nominate another.
